Are your items Authentic?
All of our items are brand new and authentic. We purchase our products directly from the manufacturer showrooms and in some cases we purchase brand new, overstocked items from well-known department stores. All items are authentic or your money back guaranteed!
Why am I charged Sales tax?
We comply with State laws to charge sales tax on purchased item. At this time we charge the current sales tax rate of up to 9% on items shipped within California. Sales tax is subject to change with notice and varies from state to state. Residents from states other than California are responsible for their tax policies.
Where can I find my size and measurements?
We have our standard size chart and information that is intended as a guide to help you determine your size and measurements. Please note that each product brand may have their own size chart which can be found under the size guide tab. We strongly recommend that you refer to these size charts before you determine your measurements. Please measure yourself carefully before making a size selection. If you are between sizes or are in doubt of your true size choose one size up to be safe. You can always have the product altered to fit you rather than buying a smaller item and be disappointed.
Revision/Cancellation of Orders
In order to be fair to other customers we do not encourage any cancellation to a purchased order once its submitted. This is due to limited inventory on hand that might have been available to other customers. However, you have the option of adding to your order within 24 hours without incurring additional shipping charge. Once your item ships our facility we will be unable to modify orders.
Shipping: Order / Status and Tracking
Once your method of payment is processed and approved, your orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated differently. Packages should arrive to you depending on the speed of shipping method you select that we offer.
Once we receive and process your order, you will be sent a confirmation via e-mail. Your package/s may be delivered to you via UPS or any other carrier at our discretion. All items will have tracking numbers at no additional cost to you. You will also be notified via e-mail once your order has shipped and supplied with tracking information. Please refer to the tracking number for an updated order status. Once the item has shipped from our facility it becomes the responsibility of the shipper.
To ensure stress free shipping, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 and free returns for exchange and store credits only. Refund requests are not eligible for free returns. Orders place under $50.00 will be charged a low flat rate of $6.99. At this time we do not ship to P.O Box and overseas.
It is the responsibility the consumer to be available to receive the package once it arrives to its destination. We are not responsible for theft or alterations to the package once it arrives to you. You have the option to follow the item tracking information of your order you received via email. The shipper may leave the package at your destination or make three attempts to deliver items. During that time if no one is available to receive the package it will be returned to us. If that should occur, it would be considered a refusal and store credit will be issued minus 30% restocking fee + cost of freight. Once the item leaves our facility we would be unable to alter shipping destination.
We are committed in providing excellent services to our customers and we want our customers to have the best shopping experience ever. If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it within 14 days (from date of receipt) for full refund (minus shipping), exchange or store credit. Returned items must be intact as the day you received it. Refund will be posted to your original form of payment. We only accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unscented, undamaged and contain all the original tags packaging and labels. Any evidence of wear or alterations made to the item will be returned at the shipping expense of the buyer whatever the cost of shipping and handling.

Final Sale Items are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. They include: Clearance, handbags, accessories (not limited to hosieries, gloves, socks or any non sized items), swimwear, intimate apparels, any opened packages, or items marked as final sale.
Exchange/ Store Credit / Defectives
Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of the receipt date provided they are unscented, unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options. In addition due to limited inventory there is no guarantee that items will be available for even exchange. If that should happen we will issue a store credit instead to be applied to any merchandise in store.
All of our items are inspected by manufacturers and staff members alike prior to shipment. On some occasions the merchandise are photographed to ensure quality inspection and for your convenience. However, we are human and oversights may happen so should you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately or no later than 48 hours to arrange an exchange or return of product. In the case that there is no replacement of the defective item, we can issue a store credit or a refund whichever you may prefer.
You can receive store credit on all products, equivalent to the total value of your product purchase. Store credit is valid for one year after the issue date. Store credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise; it cannot be used towards shipping costs.
All returns requests after the given time frame of 14 days may be accepted at the discretion of ShopLexxa.
